Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.

    Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and allspice.

    In another bowl, beat eggs, honey, sugar, oil, and Gefen grape juice.

    Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.

    Fold in any optional additions (raisins, nuts).

    Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Gefen Grape Juice
  • Optional: 1/2 cup raisins
