Passover Chocolate Flourless Cake
A rich, dense chocolate cake that happens to be kosher for Passover. Made with almond flour and dark chocolate, it's so good you'll want to make it year-round.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

Melt 8 oz dark chocolate with 1/2 cup coconut oil in a double boiler.

Whisk in 3/4 cup sugar until dissolved.

Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time.

Fold in 1 cup almond flour and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

Cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar.

Serve with strawberries or raspberry coulis.
